Most workers who work a 5-day week must receive at least 28 days’ paid annual leave a year. This is the equivalent of 5.6 weeks of holiday, who ever is doing payroll for your staff should know this , if you are an employee here you go....

Ours get 21 days plus all bank holidays for first two years of service rising to 28 days thereafter.
Overtime can be paid or time off taken in lieu.

These days the employed got their base holiday days, weekends, bank holidays then they add on the sick days , covid pinged days , used furlonged up so all on all easier to ask : when do you work possibly???
A guy I deal with in an ag related industry was conducting a job interview one day, interview was going well, was likely to give the lad the job when he asked how many days sick leave he was entitled to per year.
