Holiday home contract

When renting out a holiday home on the farm do many people have a formal contract they send out to customers? If so is there a generic template or other recommended product? I'm looking at renting out a house for weekly/short 3 day holiday lets.

What you want is terms and conditions (T&C’s) for the booking. This will lay out all your rules and conditions, the guests has to agree to make the booking. You could probably find some generic ones on line, we used a specialist solicitor to get them water tight. Good lucky with the holiday let’s.

I'm with one of the agencies and they have their own T&Cs, which are on their website, like other agencies. So have a look and download what suits your purpose
