Holiday home contract

When renting out a holiday home on the farm do many people have a formal contract they send out to customers? If so is there a generic template or other recommended product? I'm looking at renting out a house for weekly/short 3 day holiday lets.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

What you want is terms and conditions (T&C’s) for the booking. This will lay out all your rules and conditions, the guests has to agree to make the booking. You could probably find some generic ones on line, we used a specialist solicitor to get them water tight. Good lucky with the holiday let’s.

Hi! I worked with onefinestay to create all of their T's & C's, they have thousands of homes globally and have refined the contracts over the years. My advice would be to mirror these as they are really watertight; https://www.onefinestay.com/terms-conditions/

Any questions just let me know.
