I had a mistake with a couple of calves ear tags, and tried to call HUK to speak to one of the ladies to sort it out,
It seems almost all of the old staff at Scotsbridge house have gone and they have moved office to Telford and the new staff there are still finding their way around sorting out problems like mine. I have seen @Cowmangav say on here that he was not happy with the change to the pedigree pages, anyone else had any problems ?
I know they have a new Chief Exec and the old one is doing time for helping himself to our money but is everyone happy with the service they get ?
