Well if people like you would pay the royalties then the rest of us seed processors wouldn't need to pay full royalties on the varieties we grow for seed. Why would you even consider paying royalties on grain from your own heap?
Just use it and keep quiet.

Well, well stuff you
So why encourage others to break the rules when some of us have to play by the rules to grow and process seed?I don't grow barley. Up yours pint.

Up yours an all
We're paying between £93 and £97/t for the privilege of being a seed grower. Wish to Christ it was £50/tI suppose it depends how much you're growing. If it's just a few acres I'd Jfdi. If a heck of a lot then I might consider paying but at almost £50 a tonne it's bloody expensive!

+1I always pay royalties and have no problems in the system , we need the new varieties coming through the system and this helps the breeders and I live in hope that one day we will get a variety that won't need a fungicide every 3 weeks. , I also live in hope that one day our red marl will turn into easy working soil !!!!!!!
