Personally I wouldn't come back here to farm beef and sheep for at least 18 months and not until you know the score ref the effect Brexit/ New AG policy will have on these sectors, at the moment the outlook is very uncertain....

I wouldn't be surprised to see subs go/ farm gate prices drop 30% and input costs rise by 20/30%..
I completely agree. Yet both of us voted 'Leave'. What were we thinking? :scratchhead: ;):ROFLMAO:

Well I have just said fudge it and will be back to annoy you all more in late February. Need to be with the kids more. Daughter is fine as her mates are the most important thing in her life but son has asked me to come home. It’s been great here but can’t ignore the western call!
Permanently or just for a while? Seems a big jump to take at such an uncertain time.

Mind - I am sure that while in Oz you have upped the positivity of "I can make it work" so you are probably in a better place to take advantage of opportunities - there will be some but no-one has worked out what they are yet.

Best of luck to you - only recommendation - stay there until the school year ends - you get two summers :)

Yes. Having a 6 month old man cub in the mix puts a slightly different perspective on things, especially for the OH. She misses the support network of her parentals and siblings, which is fair enough.

It’s an emotional mine field let me tell you!

The head says, better healthcare, education and prospects for the little one. The heart says should I deny her her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins etc, and equally, should I deny them her?
I think you know the answer ,

Are all of you coming back to the UK? IIRC it was Mrs Bojangles who got the Oz job in the first place.

Hey Brisel,
Mrs Jangles is staying a bit longer as she is on a large project that has her travelling between Malaysia, NZ and Aus for the next year with not much time in Sydney then she will be heading back after that. Its hard but we are fairly used to it.
How are things with you anyway
