Just so I can get myself prepared for the worst has anyone had to replace the front wheel assembly. Where the wheel attaches to the hub is all wobbly and crunchy

The quad Is getting on and has done a hell a lot of work so only a matter of time before something went pop.

anyone replaced it, any idea on cost?

Should I laugh it off and bung it in a sale and get a new quad, as the electrics are beginning to play up as well due to a corroding wiring loom!!

You will probably get away with a wheel bearing, seal kit, about £28+ vat, if it’s worn the knuckle, they are £130ish but come with, bearing, seals and new bottom ball joint

I have done one, pretty straight foreword, my only problem was that the bearing was a bit slack in the carrier but not to bad so I used it, a common fault I was led to believe.
