Horsch prunto

Hi . I have spent the last two days trying to drill some beans with a Horsch prunto. Beans keep blocking metering wheel. Have fitted a plate for large seeds.any ideas or tricks to help

Which wheel ?
You need one with deep flutes, for beans I use the stainless steel fert flute, this is on a CO, but the pronto metering is the same.
 
The sprinter and prunto have the metering units. I swapped the electric motors over this morning to check it wasn't motor.even with just about 10kgs of beans in hopper it blocks

Have you fitted the bean and pea kit. It spaces the plate away from the roller giving it more room to allow bulky bean seeds through.
