I need to do the rear packer bearings on our 2012 Horsch Sprinter 6ST and have been quoted £30/bearing from the Claas dealer for a 33205 bearing. I quick look on google shows that I can get a Timken 33205 bearing for £12.31 or a SFK 33205 bearing for £16.04. Is there anything special about the genuine part or is it best to save the money and get a cheaper non-genuine one?

Why not buy one bearing from the Claas dealer (or look at one of the existing bearings), and Google the OEM manufacturers name and part number etched on to the face of it.
That way you should get 'genuine' bearings online for something like the wholesale price. The issue with using spurious bearings being that there are multiple configurations of the same bearing sizes, with differing seals, etc, and finding a true 'like for like' can be a nightmare.

Hi Horsch, won't make bearings. likely be an SKF, these listed above are both very good Brands. If you would like another quote let me know, will be cheaper than online prices quoted above.
