I see my friend Simon Mulholland is finally getting some recognition tonight for all his efforts to improve the mobility of less and disabled folks with his pony / horse drawn Ibex chariot.

Simon has worked tirelessly to build and improve the Ibex and given real joy and freedom to many with previously impossible access
