We have a new neighbour who lives in a wooded area near a stream. They are really struggling with horse fly bites. They do seem worse this year. I was mowing in the field next to theirs and the cab windows had loads of them. (Isn't air con wonderful! )
Anyway I wondered if horse fly traps actually work. It's basically a black football that warms up in the sun and the heat attracts the horse fly that then gets trapped.
Anyone any experience to share please?
