How is your spring barley looking?

Ours could do with a drink, but early drilled stuff is look good enough, later sown is picking up a bit.

Late and a bit patch, no rain on it early in means it won't be in ear for another 3 weeks I suspect

Wow that's romping away, do you grow sb regularly ? for me this is the first attempt and it's turning into a steep learning curve , I'm concerned about a lot of flat crops .
Will say the wb sown on February 26th is looking majestic

I haven't seen ours for a couple of weeks but parents tell me the awns are now poking out on the late feb drilled crop, keeping it standing may be a challenge....

Never grown any before but think mine may end up going flat as it is very lush, only had 110 units of N tho. SW looks great and is romping away at the mo looks to have some real potential, hope it doesnt disappoint

For the first time ever, some of my Propino is going to get a sniff of Terpal with the T2. I drilled it at 340 seeds/m2 in late March and every one grew. I'll post a pic tomorrow.

I should've let it dry out a bit more before rolling, and have seen those wheel marks all year, but don't think it will effect yield.
It was drilled in early march after stubble turnips and 500 sheep, so pretty fertile.Only drilled at 125kgs/ha,
It's had one GR and will get some more at this rate.
