lower volume borehole for livestock/domestic £10k - 15k depending on depth you need to drill and what after treatment your water needs. maybe a lot more if your very unlucky.
Get some quotes , pick the company you prefer then start drilling. Then file said quote in the bin because once the drills in the ground you wont / cant stop until it hits water

where abouts in the country are you? we will look at the rock strata in your area and give you a rough idea how deep they may have to drill. Filtration, water quality dependent, £2-£8k. max usage on any borehole is 20k litres a day before you need a licence. servicing, if you wanted a company to do it, £500 a year ish.

A farmer local to me had to drill though the shallow chalk aquifer down to a sandstone one, as Anglian water wanted the hard water one and not the soft sandstone one as it wears out pumps, this was for irrigation amounts.
