How much to get concrete laid ?

IF we were to buy the concrete ourselves what does some of the concrete gangs take to lay it ? Approx 750 m3 @RWG Contracts ?

Anything between £1-2.50 per m3 based on the quotes I have had, but depends on what you want them to do. Is it setting out levels, laying base etc or just laying the concrete?

Depends on many factors ,how much work to get ready for concrete , access,type of finnish etc ,so more detail to price thanks

Sorry, not right, I was working on m2 not m3!!!

Just done 900m2 using 180m3 of concrete, quotes varied from 7k to 23k for the labour. Excavate site to correct levels, lay 200mm stone, reinforcing sheet, 200 mm concrete with light tamp finish. Took them about 63 man days to do the job, paid 10k for it

£22/sq meter around here. That is 6" deep with mesh.

Depends where you are in country. Firm I've recently used charge around £4 to £5 / sq m to lay and powerfloat. Have done up to 2000 sq m a day on some jobs if concrete plant can supply
Can do floors to a accuracy of plus or minus 2mm
