There are a lot of these videos on you tube , but this is a farm that has been left as it was on the day, and then invaded by whoever. All those memories, surely someone should know the family ,and contact the relatives . I did notice in one scene that there is a farm acroos the fields with big bale silage . I hope someone can help in identifying the farm, and return it to a family member.

Whilst it is undoubtedly interesting seeing a home like that, untouched for however many years, I do find these “urban explorers” a bit objectionable. It’s a trendy term for a trespassing tw*t with a camera. Isn’t it?
Can’t help but think that they are looking for valuables in a way I mean if they came across a gold ring or something would the leave it there I wonder. Maybe I’m just a cynic but it doesn’t sit right with me

I agree, often wonder that myself . And I don't like the fact that some of these people go mob handed and sneak about at night or whatever. They seem to make it out as if they are some kind of media channel just going round and finding these things.

What they should be doing is following it up in videos like that and trying to find a relative who may have just lost touch for whatever reason.

I noted two of the vehicles registrations from the viideo, and I put them in to the DVLA registration service.

The Austin is a 1981 model and was due to be taxed in 1995.

The Ford Corsair is a 1967 model and was due to be taxed on 1st March 1991.

There were also tractors in a bad state, but I will look to see if there are any registrations on them, just to see.

That is one thing people can do on these videos, look for information to pass on,they don't and that makes me wonder about the true intent of people who are doinf this whilst wearing fur coats etc?.

That was my thoughts as well walking round the old machines and cars not to bad but in the house a different matter.

I don't think you are a cynic that was my thoughts nobody is going to leave a gold or necklace.

We’ve a old rundown house and barn on some land we have. and There’s Alot of derelict old farm steddings round here some even have hoards of old machinary and cars

But even if it looks abandoned it’s not. Somebody owns it and that is trespassing if I’d seen that bunch of knobs with cameras I’d be telling them to feck off
