No Hilly, just a bit pee'd off with miserable chippy 'farmers' that always do everyone else down. Maybe the OP is trying to be funny, maybe he's deadly serious, maybe he's a Guardian reading 'eco-warrior' trying to stir the pot; I neither know or care.

But I dont see why we should all wear a hair shirt because we're paid a subsidy - the lowest area rate in Europe to boot.
And I dont see the 'joke' when another supposed farmer says we're lazy in-breds. The forum rules state that it's not OK to make offensive comments to another member, but apparently it's OK to make offensive generalisations about all members. Not on.

Eccept I find the Joe public I meet have a very high regard for farmers generally.
Just ignore the silly twit types who post on Facebook.
