Eccept I find the Joe public I meet have a very high regard for farmers generally.
Just ignore the silly twit types who post on Facebook.
Wish I could afford a schoffel!

From experience the Public think of farmers as alan Turner types, riding around in a range rover, goes shooting, generally fat and stuck up his own arse.
Farmers wives are seen as pinny wearing flour faced with an aroma of bread in the aga.

I know this to be true as this is what I'm told when they meet me and they're surprised to find I'm more akin to wurzle gummage.

One more reason for getting rid of subs.
Regularly seen on FB.......
" Bloody farmers leaving mud on the road ". Cringe #1.

" Don't grumble, they're producing the food you eat ". Cringe #2.

" But the buggers get subsidies don't they ". Cringe #3.

Well, I don't think much of the general public, either. Fat, tattooed , feckless, lazy barstewards.

Touche...:ROFLMAO:

My gilet cost me £60 in a clearance sale. I think they are around £85 now.

Other cheaper gilets with better credibility are available :D

Edit: £140 now!

Wow, that beats my old Princess, with a view of the road between your feet as you drove along... just had to pull the mat back a bit...
