How to go about the get a lease on a farm

Morning hope someone can help trying to get a farm on Lease but not sure how to go about it and how to work out the price for a lease on tender ?I have seen a rundown farm /small holding with hardly any outbuildings

Work out how much you’d be willing to pay/how much you could afford too pay... them double it as soon as the land agent gets his claws into it

You may want to join TFA. Tennant farmers association. They will tell you all you need to know and send you lists of farms available and such. Really lovely bloke who runs it too :)
