We are the driest i have ever known,all ponds,ditches and streams are dry.Even bore holes and springs are drying,something never seen before at this time of year.We let our spud ground and they were moaning it was too dry,they moved 15 miles away to another field ( in Wales) and said it was too wet !!!!! Funnny old World.

so wet here even a human foot wrecks the ground. Its been raining every day for the last 4 years. Usually with a gale attached . Places where you used to take a tractor are just bogs full of rushes now

South end of Loch Lomond weather broke here last weekend in may after a really dry spring from the beginning of June to the end of October we had ten dry days this last week people have started getting on with their silage alot of places in serious trouble not a thing made yet

Danllan I am pinning my hopes on the building high pressure over Greenland this week that might turn into a blocking high stopping the fronts coming past us. 8 years I think since the last one.
On a plus side I got round straw enough for the winter home @ £22 a bale from the east side
