HRP Survey on Cover Cropping and Termination

Dear All,

I am currently studying in my final year at Harper Adams University. For my HRP (Honours Research Project)/dissertation I am focusing on the use and termination of cover crops on UK farms.
Due to COVID we were encouraged to build surveys as our data collection method.

The survey below is suited to all farmers whether they adopt cover cropping practices or not, taking no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
