Anyone ordered from this company, I saw some stuff they had supplied in Farm Machinery Journal so ordered a couple of small bits but cannot get any response from them? Are they still trading?

I have his telephone number if anyone wants to speak to him.

I fell out with him after he sent the wrong item and expected me to pay £20 to return it. He did sort it out amicably in end.

He has a lot on his plate between diggers, sheep and farm at home. Shouldn't take orders if can't deliver though.

Sorry to drag this thread up again but has anyone dealt with him lately?

Whatsapped him an order 30th September, followed up with phone calls and voicemails 25th October, then whatsapped again (which he has read) 5th November and have left another voicemail and emailed today 19th November. All the while activity on facebook, various postings etc to get in touch for this and that....

Have always recommended them to others and been polite on the phone, I've always paid, been very patient, e.g. my last order was 12th March and didn't get sorted till 20th May. I don't really want to go anywhere else as I like stuff to match and am willing to wait for a quality to product but to not even acknowledge my order.... 🤷‍♂️

I know we're all busy and I myself am sometimes a bit slow at getting back to people but would you not expect at least something over the last 7 weeks?

Threaten him with a FB shaming and poor reviews.

Seemed to escalate things rather quickly in my case.

I realise it's a childish way to conduct yourself. But needs must.

Well it shouldn't need to come to that to be fair but I can understand why you would start to get that way. Does beg the question though if they haven't responded to me once in almost 8 weeks have they responded to anyone?

I just want my bloody mats....
