Hunting.....what's the point?

Just had a quick look at a few online newspapers and they are all covering the anti hunting demonstrations which have taken place today.

I have no objection to people participating in a legal activity, however what's the point? Could they not just go to the pub and have a gathering like normal people, rather than getting all dressed up, shouting in posh accents and leaving gates open, like they have done on our land today.

What is the point of going to the pub?
What is the point of buying a new car?
What is the point of going to the gym?
If you can afford it and it makes you happy then why not?
If you go down the pub and talk to the landlord as I've been talked to in the past on my own land then you'd be barred for life.
Respect is about how you treat other people.

The point is to enjoy themselves.
