Hy reach head pump issue

Keeps blowing the Oil seal once i jam the rotor!
Why?

Where would i find this relief valve?
It hasnt done much work fr the looks of it

Works fine until the rotor stops under hard cutting

Never had this issue before

You won't be able to do much with it when you've found it. Probably on the back of the pump or trace the large hoses through and there might be an alloy block they run through.
my money is on the pump being goosed letting pressure into a part of the pump it shouldn't be.

Have you the correct return filter fitter if the memory is correct should be a UCC2418 this one has a a fullflow bypass valve fitted internally..........................................................................

any one know where to source a kit?

Firstly the current shaft seal is the wrong type. Your current shaft seal should be concave to accept a seal backup washer then a circlip. As long as the the motor is in good internal condition it's worth trying to locate a shaft seal as I very much doubt you will find a complete seal kit. If your lucky I might have the correct shaft seal. If not your only option will be a new hyd motor.

I just replaced the seal with what was in it before
Pump is strong even though its leaking (a lot)
If you have a seal let me know
