Hyd issue

Hi everyone, i need some advice on diagnosing a worn load sensing Hyd pump on a TS110. There is only 1000 psi at tick over but at 1500 revs or more there is 2800 psi. Can anyone describe the correct procedure for testing the pump please.

At low engine rev the hydraulics are very very slow, lift arms and spool valves. Not sure of the exact litres/gallons per minute flow. Pressure reading at low engine rev is 900/1000 psi increasing to 2800 at high rev. When using a shear grab the tractor has to be reed very hard before the grab will work at an acceptable speed, it can cut out blocks of silage no problem just very slowly as if it is starved of oil. Filters were replaced and the tractor is well maintained, does have over 11k hours done though.

I can send details of how and where to check hyd's but unless you have a flow and pressure gauges it's not much use, if you need to replace the ccls pump it won't be cheap...

Please send the details as i can get my hands on a flow gauge. I believe the pump is some where in the region of 2.5/3K.
I guess its the only way to know if it is the pump or if i am missing some thing else. Gearbox has no issues, MFD, DIFF LOCK, PTO have no obvious issues either.
