Hydraulic Concreting Tools

Our local tool hire place is very expensive, and today the vibrating screed wouldn’t start. So we’re looking to buy one.
However, we always pull the screed with a tractor, so is there any reason not to have a hydraulic vibrating unit - less to go wrong.

Carrying on this theme - can you get whacker plates and floor saws hydraulically powered too?

Any ideas for sourcing these tools, either petrol or oil powered?

You can get hydraulic powered vibrating wacker plates for 360s.

Most of the hand held ones are petrol or floor mounted skid plate wackers are usually petrol or diesel. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a pure hydraulic powered walk behind wacker.

Stanley industrial do a line of hydraulic powered breakers/chisels, diamond chainsaws, grinders and saws. EC Hopkins are your boys for them and they are really good to deal with.

Walt-Air as well as doing pneumatic (road tow compressor powered) gear also carry Atlas Copco and Chicago Pneumatic Construction range of hydraulic cut off saws as well as a whole line of other tools, pokers, pumps etc.
