Hydraulic drive tub mixer

We have a 3/4m3 pto drive tub mixer which has done plenty of jobs here over the last 10 years or so, it's not always so convenient to find a tractor to put it on for an odd mix and I was wondering about changing it for a hydraulic drive machine? It would be handy to be able to put it on the Merlo and reach in to corners, low doorways, etc. I'm guessing that we wouldn't be able to push a full load out and also possibly Merlo hydraulics might not be the most suited to the job. Has anyone experience of both drives? Thanks, Richard.

Have a chat to flowfit about a hydraulic motor with reduction gearbox to 400-540rpm. Then could use either machine
Yes, I thought about converting it, but tempted by some which have side discharge, maybe something with a proven record as there are so many folks knocking them out now. Ours has done plenty of work to have a major spend. I was interested to find out if the hydraulic ones had sufficient power and generally how people got on with them on something without proper constant flow spool valves.
