Hydraulic ram seal

Hi I've got this hydraulic ram shown in photos below and the seal at the front of the ram where the piston comes out is leaking oil so I was wondering how do you take it apart to replace the seal

Got this far but have no clue where to go next

From pics I'd say use a long thin punch and tap out the dirt seal from below, then winkle out the old oil seals from their grooves.

There seems to be a spring on the outer seal

Yes wiper seal has a spring to hold it tighter on the chrome rod.

What's the ram off? Looks like one off a weatherhill loader.

I couldn't tell you what it was originally on its just on a log splitter your idea of a weather hill loader is most likely it
