Not bad for first time tig. First thing you will find is clean, most important for tig. Second until you get experienced will be fit up, especially with thinner material. Try and get your edges as tight as possible.
Good luck with it. Once you get the hang of it you can do a lot. Nice clean welds. Can do just about any metal.
Watch out if you try copper. The heat travels very fast and burnt fingers happen in a split second.

Brother has just reminded me of the tripping blade fuses with a reset button on, but they are £1 each.
These worked out at 15p each. Lots of pretty lights.
Perhaps ones with a buzzer in would suit some operators?
I’ve been bad, bought a few lots in a sale.
Lot one was parts washer and Norton No 4 fly press, came with two balls and proper stand which seems quite rare. Not sure why they looted them together but I’m happy £195.50...will post details of other lots later.

There's many things that you can do with one, but often used for punching actions & metal shaping - such as "setting" saw teeth. The momentum of the flywheel/weights helps to maintain a steady action.
