What we need to know, Is would the OP have paid him £200 if the cultivator had made that in the 2nd auction? Or would he have offered up the £100 refund as requested by the eejit buyer?

It doesn't take Einstien to work out that you are just a scammer sir.:(

Five mistakes by Phil.
Not checking suitability.
Expecting others to live by the same creed and morals as he.
"telling the vendor what to do" and expecting him to jump, as part of his set of morals instead of asking him if he would or could.
Not aggreeing a foolproof, gentlemanly way forward with the vendor before declining his responsibilitys to the first deal.
Denying income to autoglass.

you bought it and paid for it you should have collected it and done what you liked with it end of

I buy dairy cows for 2 grand a pop I bid and accept it is mine at the drop of the hammer if there is something wrong with her that I wasn't aware of I inform the vendor and we come to an arrangement
if I told the vendor she was too big for my cubicles or wouldn't fit in my parlour he would be justified for telling me to put up and shut up
and I wouldnt anyway because I am an honest person

Looking at the automatic bidding may be quite revealing.
d***f may be a mate of the vendor or even the vendor themselves?
Seems they put a first bid of £50 and a second bid of £150 on the first listing, but, only one bid of £50, second time around.

Had a look at the Ebay link, and saw the one at the top left hand corner and thought Blimey, its got dearer and grown wings, but then saw the right/wrong one. Been there had one, got the badge and wouldn't give a fiver for one, let alone £150, Sorry Phil.
