I'm more disappointed that there's a story to tell than I am in the person who is telling it.
If you don't details of rule breaking to be spread then don't break the rules
Sounds oh so simple...

absolutely,
But you can't help but wonder who from the BBC was ordered to do the dirty deed
Good points .Got to ask, and a genuine question, why would one want to be a member of any political party ( I'm not aiming at the Tories in particular here )
I 'lend' a party/candidate my vote - for what its worth - according to the recent record and manifesto - for what that's worth! - on election day.
I do understand many voters will stay with a particular party come what may though
Thank you for that HC, appreciated. Usually too many partisans who purely vote on rosette colour!Good points .
I have been quite involved in politics since my early teenage days . Hereford was all Tory then and the MP was first class .
I think on average the Tories have handled the country better than the alternatives and when I entered local politics it was the Tories who gave me a chance and to be fair locally they have achieved a lot in building the local economy and forward thinking in the County .
Unfortunately due to Theresa Mays appalling record on Brexit at the last local elections a lot of Tories lost their seats to the Greens / independents .
We still have 2 very good Tory MPs who work quite well despite what's happening in London .
I just hope that an alternative leader will step up and make a challenge before it's too late .
On balance I will probably keep my membership but it is being strained to the limit at the moment .
As regards lending a vote .......I did vote Liberal about 20 yrs ago cos I thought the Tory candidate for MP was just not the right choice .
Good old hard working chap didn't realise it was a party, thought it was a work thing and got back to his desk in a few minutes and he still had the decency and good grace to apologize for attending, well that explains that and is an end to it.
keep up the good work Boris

I've just got this vision of all the Brexiters sending the Lady wife off to bed early so they can give Iz their full attention !According to Isabel Oakeshott on QT, the press are "aware of twelve parties ( in number 10) that broke the rules in place at the time they were held."
For a right wing journalist who normally is a cheerleader for the Tories she said it was " indefensible".
When the likes of IO are running away, you've got big problems
Brexiteers or eco nuts in number 10 where reality doesn’t apply!I've just got this vision of all the Brexiters sending the Lady wife off to bed early so they can give Iz their full attention !
