Could any of the truck experts on here help me identify this old truck please?

I realise it's not much to go on but......!

I ask because it was converted into the trailer below, and now sadly its surplus to requirements, and I really need the shed space.

If I can identify it I can then advertise it in a vintage truck mag or Classic Tractor, as the axle and diff is good, or, if anyone here wants it to go with their tractor to a show or a road run. The tipper body does need a bit of work. It seems a shame to cut it up without trying to find it a good home.

Any help gratefully received.

Blimey, not much to go on there!!

I’m no expert really, I just know a bit about my old lorry, but it would be maybe 30-40 years younger than yours.

Have a close look at the axle. That may give some clues if it was made by the actual truck manufacturers, but most likely they bought the axles from another supplier. There might be something embossed on the bearing caps
