One of my dogs, a springer collie cross and a fair worker and gundog, is in the water at every opportunity. Nant, river, pond and - irritatingly - trough will see him in them as quick as anything, but... this stupid bloody animal has to be dragged out into rain!

No problem at all once he's out, everything is fine and he'll be in the nants as usual. Buggered if I know how his mind works on this. :banghead:

Got a Black Lab the same. Will jump into every water trough on a shoot, in ice, snow or whatever. But not interested going anywhere today...:scratchhead:
.....I don't blame him . Our lab is the same hates the rain or puddles but streams ponds rivers etc and he is straight in .
