Idiotic dog.

One of my dogs, a springer collie cross and a fair worker and gundog, is in the water at every opportunity. Nant, river, pond and - irritatingly - trough will see him in them as quick as anything, but... this stupid bloody animal has to be dragged out into rain!

No problem at all once he's out, everything is fine and he'll be in the nants as usual. Buggered if I know how his mind works on this.

.....I don't blame him . Our lab is the same hates the rain or puddles but streams ponds rivers etc and he is straight in .

Barley The WonderDog is similar. Not pedigree or a working strain, just a great fun fluff ball. Loves any water outside on a walk, but won’t let you hose her feet off with a pipe and hides when we mention the word shower.
