Just bought an M18 880nm impact and 135nm drill, both milwaukee fuel, from SGS. i got the kit with the impact gun and then the drill bare as it was the best way i could see to buy them. so far the impact has been great for changing plough points, far better than a spanner, gets the bolts tighter as well! Had a couple i put on by hand that came loose ploughing hard stoney ground, ones put on by the impact stayed put. not had a chance to try the drill yet but seems good. How much is one of these m18 grease guns, and do they have a decent air lock system? Every grease gun i've ever owned constantly gets air locks despite supposedly having a valve to stop it. extremely anoying when combining, get through a lot of grease!

store your grease carts the right way up helps.

Got this little gun the other day. Mainly for repetitive jobs like plough, cultivator points etc. It's not a fuel or blue tooth or high torque , all the bells and whistles model. Its a pretty basic one. But it soon took some bloody tight ifor wheel nuts off. Thought I'd try it on them "just to see" 😁 Most surprised/impressed. And only 3/8th drive at that. Already had batteries hence going for it.

Just bought a Milwaukee M18 grease gun, i do have an air grease gun but with the hose it can be awkward to use if the hose catches on something so the battery one should be better 🙂
I bought one of these at the beginning of harvest but i find it's quite messy, every time I take the coupler off the grease nipple a small amount of grease escapes from the end and makes a mess, especially if you're doing multiple nipples.
Maybe it's just me!.

Anyone got one of these?

Yes I got one, really useful. Little bulky but gets hot really fast, with a 6amp battery it stands nicely and you can then take the wire and solder to the iron rather than other way round.

Need to be gental with them, but there not massively expensive if they do break.

Mine didn't work out the box but sorted on warranty been fine since.
Would buy another if it broke.

Hi, Just treated myself to a Milwaukee 1/2" impact wrench and I've also bought a set of Milwaukee metric impact sockets BUT despite a quick Google I can't seem to find a set of Milwaukee imperial impact sockets.

Am I just not looking in the right place, but surprised that an American company doesn't do an imperial set. If they don't, any recs for a decent set from anyone else.

Thanks

Alchad
