[QUOTE="ACEngineering, post: 7924695, member: 13308"] Yes what you have is the high torque 1/2 gun, I dont have it as i run the old Mid torque 1/2 drive cause its compact and lighter then have the old non one key version of what you have but with a 3/4 drive. It don't look like they do a normal 1/2 high torque gun any more only the onekey? You will need to go on the app and check out the settings make sure they are on max i guess. I have used a mates one of them though. if your wheel nuts were abit rusty and had a counter sink on them then there possibly nothing wrong with the gun! counter sunk wheel nuts are often stupid tight to crack off. JCB wheel nuts are a bugger my 3/4 gun and the new version of my 3/4 gun will not do JCB nuts at all, got to crack them off with a long bar first or apply a small lick of flame to them to break the counter sunk. and yet manitou wheel nuts that are bigger nuts and thread but no counter sunk my 3/4 gun never fails to undo them. You should be able to easy shear off m12 8.8 bolts with yours when clamped in the vice and possibly strip the threads off a m16 bolt too if you want too. If you dont think its right then you will need to file a claim form and they will send a courier to collect it for repair, its easy to do if you registered the warranty online, you just login, select the tool you want to make a claim and fill in the form, box it up and courier arrives then a few days later it gets returned repaired or replaced.
