Lots of variations but there's a general 'order' in normal years so work loosely to that when it all gets bunched up.

Whenever there's a profitable area ready in an area, move the gang in and go. Organise the next area's farmers and move there. And so on.

Running up and down the road is a waste of everything if it can be minimised by organisation, eventually farmers get the hang of talking to and working in with their neighbours, but it doesn't happen overnight.

A few disappointments speeds up the learning process, and if they want to get someone else then you lost a muppet, more muppets will be along to fill their place

There's also an order in how quick fields will dry. I'm fortunate where I am in a short que but it is now looking likely forager won't move until Saturday after yesterday's rain

No, will be extra to cut where we haven't been able to graze.

I was getting one sending them a year after the work was done. One was even 18 months later.

I think I've more than a fortnight to wait to get rolling that would be a average year for me.
