Anybody use them ? Just had another 13% increase on my NFU mutual premium this year and am thinking of changing.

I would suggest using a good broker to look for the best deals, rather than going direct with any company. I've been with Caleb Roberts for several years, who have offices right through the Marches, and can't fault them. They will actively compare companies for you each year, and negotiate premiums down on your behalf, as well as handle any claims for you.

Insurance companies won't reward your loyalty these days, just use it as an opportunity to lift your leg.
