Anyone got any ideas why the eazi load locking lever keeps jumping out when loading the top deck?
I know the general consensus is poor build quality but I’ve got one and would love to solve this glitch
Many thanks

if its saw a lot of work its wear on the slides, mine was the opposite, I couldnt get mine to release to put the deck down but it has been up and down thousands of times and it was the pins that lock in the slide had worn and were jamming down the side of the slide,, very hard to describe and it took a fair while to work out what was happening. I drilled the pop rivets out and moved them across a few mm's , great job.

We bought ours new last year and have the same issue. It seems to help if you pull the black ball lever back to lock it manually after raising the ramp, rather than relying on it clicking into place as the ramp raises.

Just one of the MANY issues with this latest iFor, it’ll be the last one here.

Oil the Latch bar where it goes through the rings on the tail board. It binds for some reason after a while. Oiling them makes it work like new. Just had to do mine at 3yrs old.
