Ifor Williams trailer wheel stuck on hub

The Ifor Williams trailer has a flat. Simple, just undo the four wheel nuts and take the wheel to the tyre repairers....

The only problem is, it won't pull off the hub! I've removed the four wheel nuts and tried tapping around the rim with a 14lb hammer but it won't budge. The wheel spins OK so it is NOT the usual brake shoe sticking to the drum and the brake is off. I've given it a squirt of Plusgas and will leave it over night, but any ideas? Heat?

Give the tyre a whack with fence post, it’s only a bit if rust. Otherwise studs back on loosly and move the trailer preferably around a corner

Scissor jack and lump of wood to push against it then whack it with something.

Blow the tyre up and drive the trailer to the tyre repairer, assuming it will hold pressure long enough of course?

Failing that, as suggested above, (more) brute force and ignorance. It’s just stuck on with a bit of rust.
