Why can I not ignore the tff matchmaker?

I've got off topic on ignore and the matchmaker section is part of this.

I've now found a way,I've ignored the thread starters.

If you want to stop following a thread, when you get an alert for is just ignore it, you wont get any more if you dont read the thread ever again

TFF is (and will always be) free to use

I have no problem with members wanting to to use it to find partners etc as long as it's kept clean and decent as per forum rules

I do agree though that it needs removing from trending and new posts though as it creates a lot of "noise" for those not interested

that would be good it seems odd that matchmaker comes up on new posts and off topic doesn't

now removed from 'new posts' feed

working on a fix to remove from 'trending posts' now

should be slightly more peaceful already
