IH Hydro 84 rear tyres

hello
Our Hydro has ancient 13.6x 36 radial tyres.
We need to replace them and wondered if anyone knows whether it is possible to fit wider tyres on the existing rims? There appears to be plenty of room.
Thanks in anticipation.

I don't think you will find anything wider for a 36" rim.

You may be able to get some 14 or 15"x38" double well rims to fit your wheel centres.

As said there isn't a wider tyre for your 36" rim. 16.9x30s were the usual wide replacement for 13.6x36 but I'd go for 16.9x34s if you've got the room. Should be plenty of second hand rims about.
