Under very controlled circumstances I believe. Some of the genetics companies have done it for AI boars or to start a pyramid.
It would be very expensive and you would have to be certain not to be importing some of the nasty strains of PRRS and PEDV and I’m sure there are more.
Very high risk indeed.

Because I’d like some Hereford pigs and their are not any in uk as far as I’m aware .

Yes I think the next plan is just buy some semen and breed into them that way , I really like theM and having a few Hereford cows has to do be done lol
