Importing Tractors into the UK

I am having trouble selling tractors in Kenya so I am thinking of re-importing them into the UK and either selling them privately or trading them in. Freight in 40 foot containers isn't ridiculously expensive so if there aren't too many duties and taxes it might make sense. So does anyone have any idea of what it might cost to get them back in.

Dont know your recent freight prices but heard of containers which were under a £1,000 12 months ago have suddenly shot up to £6,000
