in search of permission to use small woodland in Essex CM12 +1hr drive

Good Evening All,

Hoping you had a good Christmas.

Im a 47 yr old professional father of two young girls who was fortunate to be brought up with a family who loved of the outdoors. I currently shoot and fish plus hold a passion for bushcraft and wildcamping. I have a local permission to use a farm to help train my ESS away from the local cockerpoo heards but sadly they do not have any woodland, my shoot permissions are through a club and I am sensible and respectful of the land, boundaries and extent of any permission we hold.

Whilst the common ethos surrounding wild camping is to not get caught and beg for forgiveness rather than seek permission, even when leaving no trace, I would prefer to get a landowners consent and come to an agreement of what can and cannot be done on their land out of respect.

So im searching for a small secluded an unused area of woodland in the Essex area so that any commute is minimal. I would hope to spend the occasional night in the wood, cook over a small controlled fire if permitted and safe to do so given crops and time of year. (if this is not permitted that would of course be fine too) no deadfall would be used and any wood utilized would be kiln dried and brought in.

In addition my two young girls love the outdoors and nature and so to be able to bring them from time to time would be great for them and to get them of any compute type thing would be a huge plus.

I don't have a lot of expendable funds given the two girls and commitments but would be happy to come to some form of mutual agreement.

All land would be respected and remain untouched, litter is always collected, trespasser, sickness of livestock, fencing issues etc reported to land owners.

If you can help, or maybe point me towards someone that can it would be greatly appreciated.

proof of address, character references etc happily supplied

Thanks in advance and happy new year to all.
