During the brexit referendum, the 62% of the scottish voted to remain in the EU.
About 2 years before an independent scottish referendum was held in scotland, in the 2014, a 55% voted to remain in UK against a 45% who voted to leave the UK.
Following the brexit, another scottish referendum was supposed to happen in the year 2017, but it was postponed after the brexit and relative article 50 directives. The Scottish Parliament voted 69–59 in favour of holding a second referendum on Scottish independence, however it was rejected because "at this time the scottish might be confused about what to vote".
Apparently there is going to be another scottish referendum in the year 2020, once the brexit process will be over, and this referendum might ask the scottish if they want to leave the UK and eventually join the EU.
What are your thoughts about it.
