Industrial building spec

Looking to replace a pole barn, currently about 65’x 90’, concrete floor which is a good start. I know there isn't a standard spec but what would be normal for an industrial spec? Thinking 100mm composite roof from the off as that is the hardest/ most expensive to change at a later date but not sure about walls, just tin to ground, fully blocked, concrete panel to 1 or 2 m then tin, insulated or not?
What heating systems best?
I will need to divide this up to create 2 or three small units, what would be the best wall system for this?

115mm composite roof panels are standard for full industrial spec. 80mm composite on the walls, clad to the floor then put concrete panels inside like a grain store if that's your initial use.

Dividing walls, block is easiest built off the slab then you can do it to suit if someone wants to let 2 units together.
