Hi Everyone,
Please forgive my non-farming related post, but I am currently looking for new premises to run my joinery business from.
I am in the Guildford / Woking area in Surrey, and wonder if anyone on here might have a unit suitable for my requirements which are:
2000 sq ft minimum of manufacturing space
(At least partly) Constructed from brick/blockwork
Dedicated 3 Phase power supply
Medium/Large roller shutter door
Toilet facilities
Parking for staff
Space for wheelie bins
Access for large lorries delivering timber
B1 light industrial consent from Council
A nice extra would be to be able to have wood burning stoves for heat and to get rid of off-cuts
We have been running out of a similar sized unit in Cobham for the last eight years, but it is situated on a top-soiling facility, and conditions are quite unacceptable for producing high quality joinery products, and it is time to move on.
