That's the cheapest.
The easiest is to get someone in to spray foam it.
You can't take the shed down after though if you wish to move it.
I’d be even more concerned about any timber purlins.True but I am not convinced spray foam is good for the fibre cement sheets. It can't breath.
any links to these posts. cant seem to find them and also interested? Have you any pictures or are they some perhaps on the other posts?See my other posts on this.
In short buy seconds rigid insulation board @75mm then fit sheets of plywood over and paint. This give a 25mm air gap between roof and insulation.
Ditto fo walls if required
Cheapest way, done over 7000 ft2 here with it.
You can get ply bonded onto celotex, but I can't remember the price. I'd have thought you'd have to batten it first though, because I don't expect the purlin centres will ever match up with 8x4'You are fitting insulation between purlins? Would it not be easier to fix to underside of purlins then nail ply on? Where are you getting seconds sheets from?

Underline the timber purlin with white metal liner sheet ,do 3 purlin gaps so sheets about 4m long fix with timber fix tek screws and insert cladding roll insulation as you go and remember to first fix any lights ect and drop the wires through the sheeting ,have done a few showrooms like this and they look smart
