EH hugely relevant with plants being able to amend the environment by encouraging horizons formed by its pet biology and fe precipitation and affecting eh
throw a few factors in to the mix including quorum sensing and when all of this is fully understood we will look back at this decade as something from the dark ages .

nothing rely fancy. It's all about:
- chemistry
- energy
- Biology
in the end farming is the largest, by no means, solar energy colection & converting enterprice on this planet, besides the Oceans & nature.

As in physical systems, these two parameters are associated with the electrical resistivity of the soil. This is used in precision agriculture to characterize soils and measure their properties, such as cation exchange capacity, salinity, texture and density. For instance, the resistivity of a soil decreases as density increases, particularly if the soil water content is low. It is also used to estimate the degree of alteration of soils.
Hmmm, I wonder what role / correlation there is between 'electrical resistivity' and soil conductivity, as measured by many precision farming companies already for VR seed mapping?
My first reaction is that it's effectively the same thing, or at least closely related. This is going to take a while to get my head around...
