The Farming Forum - Error
Hmmm, I wonder what role / correlation there is between 'electrical resistivity' and soil conductivity, as measured by many precision farming companies already for VR seed mapping? As in physical systems, these two parameters are associated with the electrical resistivity of the soil. This is used in precision agriculture to characterize soils and measure their properties, such as cation exchange capacity, salinity, texture and density. For instance, the resistivity of a soil decreases as density increases, particularly if the soil water content is low. It is also used to estimate the degree of alteration of soils.
