international 584 clutch free play

Not sure how much free play should be in the clutch, I can press pedal down 1/2 inch by hand before any linkage starts to move is this ok ?. Also can anyone tell me what type of cab is fitted to this tractor, it is a 1978 model, flat deck cab and the clutch linkage is behind the filler neck of the diesel tank. Thanks in advance.

At least an inch of free play would be preferable........

Yes. Probably handiest to Google Sekura cab parts and take your pick. Try Sparex for example...........

Sekura S74 not a bad cab in its day although the door catches were a bit iffy in their day!
