We're all talking about it, but who is asking themselves - in all seriousness - what you would do if faced with the same situation?
How would you legally defend your property, livelihood and family if there were intruders on your property or in your home?
You, and your family, do not want to be facing the same potential consequences as Rob Lomas and his family.
Fore-warned, is fore-armed and knowing what you can and can not do, especially in a situation with the risk of imminent life threatening or serious harm to you or another can make all the difference legally; which is not the same as managing an intruder not posing the same risk.

In America it is perfectly legal to shoot folk just for trespassing. By America, I presume you mean USA, and no it is not. The law differs widely from state to state as to what may or may not be done by the person undergoing threatened violence, trespass, robbery etc. I subscribe to a US forum...
